We’re Ray and Shannon — husband and wife, best friends since middle school, and the hearts behind Made In The EighTees. Born in the early '80s, married 17 years, and walking with Jesus in full surrender, we’ve seen what God can do when you hand Him everything.
Our journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been redeemed. From chasing the things of the world to now chasing after God’s purpose, our lives — and this business — have been radically transformed by His grace.
We’re also raising three incredible kids — Aubrey (18), Ethan (15), and Charleigh (almost 12) — who love Jesus and have walked this road with us. This is more than a business; it’s a family mission, built on faith, obedience, and boldness.
Our Story
Made In The EighTees was born from a bold leap of faith, a shared testimony, and a mission to glorify God through everything we do. What began as a clever play on words — two kids born in the '80s who started printing tees — quickly transformed into something much greater: a platform for proclaiming truth, sharing the Gospel, and living unashamed for Christ.
We stylized our name to "EighTees" because we knew our calling was deeper than nostalgia or fashion — it was about wearing our faith and inviting others into the boldness of the Kingdom. Our tagline, “Reborn for the Kingdom,” isn’t just a slogan; it’s our testimony. We've been transformed from a life of sin into a life of purpose, freedom, and surrender. This isn’t a brand — it’s a witness.
After years of chasing careers that left us spiritually empty, we stepped out of the daily grind and into God’s plan. With prayer and trust, we bought the printing equipment, left comfort behind, and never looked back. What started in a small room is now reaching hearts across the country — one shirt, one verse, one testimony at a time.
We still take custom orders, but our main focus is our mission-driven collection of apparel that speaks life, truth, and conviction. Each shirt is designed to open doors for conversation and connection — because the world doesn't need another brand. It needs bold believers.
